About

This is the heavy hitter of Moroccan expeditions. We trade the chaos of Marrakech for the raw, silent power of the deep Sahara. This 72-hour journey is a masterclass in contrast—from the snow-capped peaks of the High Atlas to the lush, hidden oases of the Dades Valley, ending in the towering sand sea of Merzouga. You’ll follow the 'Road of 1001 Kasbahs', standing beneath limestone cliffs that touch the sky and sleeping in a nomad camp where the only light comes from the Milky Way. We’ve refined this route over years to ensure every mile feels like a discovery. If you want to see the real Morocco, the one that exists beyond the postcards, this is your mission.

All experiences

Day 1:

The Atlas Breach

Launch at 07:00 for a high-altitude climb through the Tizi N'tichka pass. Your first objective is the UNESCO stronghold of Ait Ben Haddou, a mud-brick labyrinth famous for its Hollywood pedigree. After scouting the historic Kasbah Taourirte in Ouarzazate, we push east through the fragrant 'Valley of the Roses.' We secure our basecamp in the Dades Valley by late afternoon, ending the day with a traditional feast surrounded by jagged canyon walls.

Day 2:

The Desert Infiltration

Fuel up and hit the legendary 'Road of 1001 Kasbahs', We execute a precision strike on the Todra Gorges, walking the riverbed beneath 300-meter-high limestone cathedrals. From there, the terrain turns rugged as we move toward the edge of the world. At Merzouga, we ditch the wheels for a camel caravan to navigate the massive orange dunes of Erg Chebbi at sunset. The night belongs to the nomads; enjoy dinner by the fire and the pulse of Saharan drums before sleeping under a million stars.

Day 3:

The Long-Haul Extraction

A final test of endurance. We wake before dawn to catch the first light hitting the dune peaks—a moment of pure Saharan silence. After a final desert breakfast, we begin the high-speed extraction back to Marrakech. Retracing our path through the Dades Valley and over the Atlas Mountains, it’s a 9-hour haul through Earth’s most dramatic terrain. We hit your Riad by evening. Mission accomplished.
